&body=Cross City Express is a delivery company that works throughout the Bay Area. Their new headquarters is a transfer station where large trucks bring industrial-sized goods for redistribution elsewhere. The 5,700 square foot building includes 16 trucking bays, a dispatch center, utility rooms, office areas, and warehouse space. We also designed the entire 4.2 acre site for the project, which included a new truck washing area, truck parking, and the reuse of an existing building as a maintenance shop.&
